I can home from work one afternoon and asked my wife is she wanted to test drive a new Ford Escape. Luckily we picked Sunset and double lucky we got Cory as our salesman. I was glad he was NOT the typical immature salesman that runs out of the building and latches on to you even before you exit your vehicle. Also, the finance manager (I am sorry I don't recall his name) was excellent. He explained the forms and answered all of my questions. He also thoroughly explained the warranties that came with the F150. He offer an extended coverage but was not pushy or overbearing in his sales pitch. They went and picked it up and brought it back in the same day. They had it serviced and I picked it up the next day. Mr. Gober kept me informed on all of the actions that they were doing. They got me the right color with all of the equipment on it that I asked for. I know that it was a tall order but Mr. Gober and his crew came through.
