When he had just gotten one in a week ago he called us quickly to tell us about the truck that had just come in to the dealership. We became interested in buying the truck so we took it for a quick drive in the truck and then we decided to buy it. Craig had the truck cleaned up, checked out thoroughly and had new tires put on it. they really paid attention to every detail. Casey Fowler was the most professional sales rep I had dealt with in the entire city, what he lacks in age he more than makes up for in product knowledge. He had answers to all my questions and they weren't just smoke up the behind answers they were the correct answers. Knowledgeable and trustworthy are the key attributes I look for in a salesman. The car buying experience does not have to be a tooth pulling, arm twisting or stres and trustworthy are the key attributes I look for in a salesman.
