This is my third Ford purchase, but my first from Sunset Ford. Fortunately, third time's a charm as my interaction with the team couldn't have been better. Jeff was very approachable and extremely easy to work with. He made the boring parts of the process much more pleasing and similar to Tim, answered all questions. Plus his favorite color is orange, which isn't too shabby! Overall, Sunset Ford gets perfect scores from start to finish. If our next vehicle is going to be a Ford, I know exactly where to go. More

I have been attempting for 2 days to get the spare tire down and I had recently purchased the truck and did not realize that I did not have the spare tire key to lower it. I had been given Marks name at S down and I had recently purchased the truck and did not realize that I did not have the spare tire key to lower it.
