When we made the change from Riverside it does affect a lot of different areas in the dealership, unfortunately when you had this exchange with the dealership it was in the first weeks of the switch. Which made things a bit more confusing for everyone involved. We're sorry to hear that the people involved were not able to help you better understand why there would be a price difference. Just an update l. My husband got into an accident and Riverside ford was extremely helpful in ensuring that all of the gap insurance stuff was handled correctly! I cannot say enough about how well this dealership has treated us, as we were buying from them and a year later when we needed their help because our gap insurance was giving us trouble. Love them!
