Lonnie was very helpful in getting our police cars in for recall work. Kept us informed on status and made it so we could bring one car in when one was finished. My wife and I always wanted to get a Mustang, and Joe Hill finally made that happen! The deal was simple and straight forward. A day or two after we purchased the car, I noticed some paint defects on th Hill finally made that happen! The deal was simple and straight forward. A day or two after we purchased the car, I noticed some paint defects on the car that neither Joe nor my wife noticed earlier at the dealership. Joe said "we'll take care of it at no charge". He gave us a loaner while the mustang was being fixed. The body shop was very short staffed, like most places today, so it took two weeks. It was a little longer than anyone anticipated, but with patience, we received the mustang back today, June 3rd, and it came out great! Thanks Joe for working through all of this for us. We'll be back in the future! More
