I’ve been to the service center a few times and I’m typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I usually just wait until my name is called to pay for my service and leave. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about getting some pieces replaced that have come off my car. If I knew of a closer dealership, I’d probably go there for service. More
