The older gentleman (BALD) in the service department was rude and also seemed like I was a pain that he had to do something when I arrived. Other than this they have helped every time I went in. All they want to do is to make the sale - they provide lots of promises after the sale and nothing happens - just more excuses. Brought my truck in twice over the past 12 months for a noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which h noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which he did, only to be told I needed to bring it back yet a third time because he didn’t have time to have a tech drive around looking for a noise. This was after they had already had the truck for six days. Third time around and I’m told it’s a known issue (for the past two years) with no solution. 12 months, three visits and no solution. I’m currently pursuing a lemon law claim. Very dissatisfied with the level of service from the dealership. More

We were looking for a newer, low mileage SUV and found one we liked at Sunshine Chevy. We made an appointment to take a closer look at it. Our salesman answered all of our questions and brought us up to s one we liked at Sunshine Chevy. We made an appointment to take a closer look at it. Our salesman answered all of our questions and brought us up to speed on many of the options we didn’t even know about. He followed up the next day with an email and was never pushy at all. In the end we settled on a price a few days later. He even printed us more information about the options that came with our vehicle while we were going over our paperwork. Our car was washed and filled up with gas when we were ready to go. We had a great experience there and would not hesitate to deal with them again. More
