Friendly, make it right service! Took my wife’s Acadia in for repairs. Asked that they check brakes, heating/air, and rotate tires. Neal, the service rep called to say brakes were nee Took my wife’s Acadia in for repairs. Asked that they check brakes, heating/air, and rotate tires. Neal, the service rep called to say brakes were needed pads and rotors turned. They also found a leak in my water pump causing my heat problems. Of course this was quite a bit more then I expected. Neal acknowledged my the high amount and offered a nice discount over the standard rate, so I had all work done. Unfortunately the water pump problem masked a second problem with heater control that the technician missed. On my ride home, I discovered the added problem and had it back to service the very next day. Again Neal was apologetic for the miss. He had it repaired in a couple hours and because they had missed it, gave me another substantial service charge consideration. Even though it did take an extra day ..... Sunshine Chevrolet wanted to make it right. I appreciated their friendly concerning service. More
