I was told when I purchased my 2017 Chevy Volt that my first oil change was free. When I told the service center this they said that only certified used vehicles were given this. This was never communicated to me during the buying process and this was the first I'd ever heard of it. Somebody is lying here. Either the salesman lied about the deal with the initial purchase or the service center lied about the requirement. Either way it's not a good look. More
The older gentleman (BALD) in the service department was rude and also seemed like I was a pain that he had to do something when I arrived. Other than this they have helped every time I went in. Brought my truck in twice over the past 12 months for a noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which h noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which he did, only to be told I needed to bring it back yet a third time because he didn’t have time to have a tech drive around looking for a noise. This was after they had already had the truck for six days. Third time around and I’m told it’s a known issue (for the past two years) with no solution. 12 months, three visits and no solution. I’m currently pursuing a lemon law claim. Very dissatisfied with the level of service from the dealership. More
