We highly recommend going to see product specialist Brad Slinkard who we just met on Saturday and Ashlea who was there to answer many questions via text and help out in any way! Brad is a former teacher and current baseball coach so I felt like we were dealing with a friend. He took the time to answer our questions during our test drive and most importantly gave us a very good price on the Tuscon!! The price coupled with the Suntrup Loyalty program sets this dealership above the rest. Bobby Schleisser in financing went out of his way to get our deal done since we were on a tight schedule. The nice finishing touch was the Suntrup Hyundai Sales Manager Jake Belcher coming outside on a very busy day to just say hi and thank us for our business! obnoxious sales manager My wife and I test drove a 2020 Palisade.. After talking to our salesman he spoke to the sales manager and came back and told us that we need a cashie My wife and I test drove a 2020 Palisade.. After talking to our salesman he spoke to the sales manager and came back and told us that we need a cashiers check for $5000 and that we would have to pay for over $4300 in add ons with no discount to order this car. This was the message. Considering the sales manager didn't have any concept of my credit score or my ability to pay for this vehicle, I found it amazing that to order a car that would take approximately 6-8 weeks to come in that he required a cashiers check. In addition to his cockiness I gave them a coupon for a $50 gift card and had to call the dealership over a two week period to get them to send it to Hyundai More

When I Finally felt I could go forward with purchasing the car I called him and the following day I had my new car. He made it it’s totally painless. Over the last 10 months he never forgot who I was, he remembered what I was looking for and he was just waiting for me to feel comfortable with making my purchase! He treated me so fairly and with so much respect I can’t say enough about him. In addition Fred in finance was equally wonderful fun and kind as well! I spent several hours there and the time just flew by. I felt like I was with family. By the way this is my second car from the dealership!
