Friendly and easy. Accomodating. Terence greeted us at the door and led us to his desk. I was there for an SUV. I thought I wanted a Santa Fe. He did comparisons on size and showed me that the Santa Fe Sport is only a matter of inches shorter. He showed us inventory on his lot and brought us one to test drive. We decided on that one. He even followed us home so we wouldn't end up with to many cars to drive home. Very good customer service. More

I have owed the SUV for a year each time I try to make an appointment for service I end up taking to a different service advisor. It is very difficult to get an appointment for service even an oil change. For this reason I will be using a different Hyundai deal for my next purchase. More

I MADE MANY ATTEMPTS FOR DEALERSHIP TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. RATHER THAN TAKING RESPONSIBLITY, THEY ARE SUGGESTING I MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. JUST TO HAVE MY RATES GO UP. I AM DISAPPOINTED ON THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING THE SITUATION. More

Service Went to drop off my car on 1/29/19 for service on 1/30/19 pulled in the drive with one customer in there had 4 service employees 1 on phone 2nd one Went to drop off my car on 1/29/19 for service on 1/30/19 pulled in the drive with one customer in there had 4 service employees 1 on phone 2nd one was helping a customer 3rd one just talking with a employees as he was on the Desktop putting in some info i guess . The 4th on just setting at a desk by the exit door at one point no one on phone no help then phone rings 2 of the employees get on phone . So i go out side to my ride to let them know what is going on then a employees comes out the door to help me . Well to late i'm pissed i told him just open the door he ask if i had a appointment . so now i will have to drive To Dean Team Hyundai in Ballwin for service 18 miles not happy More
