Car buying experience We were just looking but found a good deal and bought the car. The salesperson was nice, thorough in describing the features of the car and we had plenty of time for the test drive. We were able to negotiate a fair deal on the car. The worst part of the experience was after we decided to purchase the car. The wait for the finance department was inordinately long. We were ready to close the deal before 5 Pm but didn't sit down with finance until almost 8:30 and then only after the sales manager offered to help out when we were ready to just leave. Something needs to be done to fix this situation. More

It took little more than a week from initial contact to a deal being made. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. 10 out of 10 would do again! More
