At Suntrup Hyundai I was able to look around and had a salesman join me at just the right time. Adam was very professional and very interested in what I was wanting in a vehicle, not much since I just needed more space. As we sat to discuss the needs and wants of the vehicle he made sure to get everything I was asking for and found it right away. I have had the Sonata for almost two weeks and I couldn't have asked for a better vehicle. More

I suggest there is a better communication system whe I was called repeatedly by differently people even after i spoke to someone, Zach, on the phone. I suggest there is a better communication system when an online interest is made. At that point i didn't know if he was having them call me back or what. Then Zach went home sick, unfortunately, and i had to deal with someone else. Which was fine but me personally i don't like surprises and i didn't want a high pressure salesman and I fell that's what i got. He was friendly and nice but i still didn't feel like i was the focus of his attention as he was running around helping other people. I understand that's how he is your best but it doesn't work for me. I sell fine jewelry as well as my full time job, so making a personal lasting connection is important and waiting on 2 or more customers at once just says to me ... commission. I hate being negative but i feel honest feedback is important. We do love the car!!! :) More
