When I arrived for the test drive Mark seemed excited that he had found a car on the lot that met my needs. He showed me online photos while it was being pulled up for a test drive. The test drive went well. I felt Mark was approachable and down to earth. He answered all of my questions. When signing paperwork he was patient. During signing of the paperwork the manager Jake Belcher respected my budget. It was the beginning of a long term relationship since I plan do have care serviced at this dealership. More
