Once the staff did greet us they were very attentive to our needs and very professional. The staff (Joey and Jon especially) went above and beyond to find the right car for our family and thoroughly discussed all of the inner workings of the warranty plan which was a concern of mine. The Suntrup staff even stayed with us an extra three hours past close to make sure that we would be going home that night with the car we wanted. I appreciated the extra effort and will continue to stay with Suntrup for my future auto needs. More

We even felt very comfortable having him come to our house and fixing our garage door opener to work with our remote on our mirror, which he did, then and offered to do it again when I had them to put a rear view mirror remote in my new Hyundai like I had in my old car. When we decided to look for a new car, Art, asked where I wanted to look, I said "Let's go see Fred" we had a good experience at Hyundai, not only with the sale but also with the car.
