I never looked forward to have to deal with salesmen until I worked with Fred McClary. He was very friendly and professional. I told him what I wanted and he delivered! I got a very good price on my trade-in and a great price on my 2015 Sonata. I have to say it was a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly at Suntrup. I plan to have Suntrup do all my service work and when I'm in the market for another new car I'll be giving Fred a call. More

However, I feel that the negotiations were not upfront and honest. I was told one thing and given another. They only wanted to talk about monthly payments and tried to sway me away from actual costs. In the end it is my fault. I have six kids and buy vehicles every couple of years. I hope this one sale was worth it because I will not purchase from this dealership again. On a good note, I do like the car. More

He did not press us but we drove a car and decided we would like to work with him - no pressure at all. We thought we were going to buy a new 2015 Sonata but when we returned on Monday we decided that we liked a low mileage 2104 Sonata better.
