"thanks for wasting my time" I was shopping around for a car for my daughter. We were doing a lot of online browsing and found a car we fell in love with at suntrup hyundai...well I was shopping around for a car for my daughter. We were doing a lot of online browsing and found a car we fell in love with at suntrup hyundai...well it took about half an hour until someone finally came out (although we could see three guys standing there and talking and just staring at us...) well after that I drove a few cars and the brave salesman tried to work with my price range...we gave him our contact info and I told him we would have to speak to my husband first but he was not having that he wanted us to go inside right away and apply for loans (even after we told him multiple times that we were going through our bank) he gave us his card and we parted ways..well a day later he called us and I told him we were still thinking about it and looking around..the following day we found a car that was the same model year and everything but for about $2000 cheaper so we ended up buying it that weekend..well our salesman texted us again and I kindly apologized and told him that we were interested in a vehicle at another location and the price suited us better his reply was "thank you for wasting my time" That drove me away from suntrup Hyundai and I vow to never buy a car from them...I work in sales and I understand being turned down and not getting a sale but I will never and have never hassled a client or told them they were wasting my time.. I told him what I was looking for and my price range, he showed me a generous selection of cars to choose from, when I told him what kind of color I wanted, he took me straight to the car that I ended up purchasing. He allowed me to take the car for a test drive. Tommy worked out a deal that I was satisfied with and went through all the manuals and features the car had to offer. While my financing was being quickly processed, Tommy had my car cleaned and the gas tank filled. Before I drove off in my new Hyundai Sonata, he showed me how to use all the different features and thanked me for my business. More
