I was on the hunt for 2 used cars to fit my budget. I called the dealership in question about a sale i heard on their internet site. The sales rep they connected me was with TOMMY DAHER. I asked him about the deals i heard about he and he wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. . he wanted me to come into talk with him. So, intrigued by the sale i did. . . which i guess was a mistake. When i got there. . . he took me to 2 cars, i test drove them, and all was good. . .he played the nice guy and 'seemed' interested in me. We spent a good deal talking and then finally it came down to me needing 2 cars that will fit me within a designated budget. At the time, after speaking of the budget there was really no cars on the lot that i was interested in buying. Tommy then became very DESPARATE. He was showing me cars and running off to get them for me to test drive even before i had the chance to tell him that i wasn't interested in certain brands. Also, I almost had to beg to see the breakdown of the numbers to see what he was trying to get me to purchase. It was a BIG SECRET of the prices and rates he was trying to get me set up with. He and his sales manager were very cocky and pushed hard. I didn't appreciate that. And he never gave me the time i requested to speak to my wife. So after finding 1 possible car, i told him we'd hold off until he had two of the choices that i wanted. . . i deliberately told him i don't want to 'settle'. He did not get that. . Then he said "Well, we've had a lot of time invested in looking for you today" which in my ears i understood "YOUR WASTING MY TIME". So after that i told him to call me when he's got a pair that i'm interested in. . .. over the next two days he did follow up with me. Short story, the was pushy as xxxx, didn't give me time to think, etc. 4 days later i went elsewhere just to compare prices. . . another Hyundai dealer. . . OMG, what a difference. . At this OTHER place i was introduced by a HUMAN, not a greedy sales man. AND he was able to give me BETTER choices and BETTER deals. So i bought. Today I called TOMMY DAHER to give him courtesy call that my wife and I had purchased elsewhere. I told him I appreciated his time and tried to be nice and show gratitude and i even mentioned that i had some friends that are interested in buying. . . . and guess what. .. THE F@xxxx hung up on me. That really made me mad. In an effort to look out for others. . . 1. DON"T GO HERE. . . 2. If TOMMY DAHER tries to be nice to you, know that he doesn't car about you and that he just wants his sale. For him to hang up on me when i start to try to give some references, really let me know what his character was like. TOMMY DAHER, you have made the wrong friend. More

I don't know where to even start, I can not say enough good things about Fred he is a class act thru and thru. I came to the dealership with no expectations, my income isn't that great and neither is my c good things about Fred he is a class act thru and thru. He worked his tail off for me ALL day long and by all day I mean from 10 am to around 5 pm all day. He never gave up and was able to help me get a car, not the car I had always gotten in the past but the car I wanted, by that I mean every other time I went to a dealer they sold me the lot's lemon the car they wanted to get rid of "best they could do" for me, usually a high mileage car with a few dings and scratchs and no kind of warranty, and they always made me feel like I owed them a favor. Well not this guy, Fred treated me like a king even after seeing my credit score, and instead of pawning off the dealership's clunker on me he went a different route. He worked all day to get me financing and after having done that found me THREE cars to choose from! To CHOOSE from! I'm sorry if it sounds over the top but I have NEVER been able to choose a car I wanted I always took what I could get. All three were great choices and the one I picked (I still love the sound of that) was a great color in perfect shape only a few years old and had low mileage and has a warranty!So to answer the "why" of this, because,I was treated like a person, It didn't matter to him how little money I had,if I was buying a new mercedes at sticker price he could not have treated me better, and lastly as sappy as it may sound he really renewed my faith in people, he didn't have to help me, he didn't have to work so hard, he didn't have to care, but he DID! The world needs more Fred McClarys. More

Right around the New Year, we were in the market for a minivan or SUV and trusted this dealership because our other car is a Hyundai Sonata. past. Hyundai did not have the right model for us but they gave us expert advice on what would accommodate our large family size and travel needs. We settled on a 2009 Kia Sedona. They had 2 on the lot so we had a choice. It was a beautiful clean new-smelling car and were just as proud of it as a new car. 21000 miles on it. It is running very well. Service after the sale has been great. And you know what? they honored their advertised trade-in special to the 'T' and as a result we got a great deal. More
