Went here to buy a certified pre owned Elantra for my daughters first car. They were very friendly and helpful. The price was one of the lowest in town, unless I wanted to drive 400 miles to save 200 dol daughters first car. They were very friendly and helpful. They were very professional and finished our paperwork in a timely manor. Also the used car manager Sean Kelley came out and explained the certified warranty to us. We will certainly go back to buy our next car! More

I returned 2 days later t Terrible experience! STEER CLEAR!! I signed preliminary paperwork to purchase a vehicle that was not currently on the lot. I returned 2 days later to find my vehicle was disgusting inside, not "In great condition" as promised. There were stains, cigarette burns, & even left over food on the floor. The salesman, Matt Saller, asked us to return in a few days & promised to have the vehicle detailed & repaired to match his initial description. We agreed & even received a follow up call where we agreed upon a pick up date. We arrived on the agreed upon date to find that Suntrup Hyundai had sold the vehicle earlier in the day. We asked to speak with the manager Sean Kelly who was very rude & unprofessional. He pitched us TERRIBLE deal on a different vehicle trying to get us to pay nearly $5000 more! When we refused he was very rude & told us that there was obviously nothing that he could do & walked away. We were advised that Suntrup Hyundai did not need our business, because they "sell 20 vehicles a day." Worst car buying experience I've every had! I will never return to Suntrup Hyundai & will steer clear of ALL Suntrup dealerships in the future. If the Suntrup corporation allows 1 dealership to conduct business in the manner, I imagine that this is probably the case for them all. More
What can I say about Tony that has not already been said - he is a class act. After wasting three plus hours on a horrible... HORRIBLE deal at Auffenberg Hyundai I was defeated and honestly had low expectations when I walked onto his lot. As soon as I saw the same type of "factory installed upgrades" on the Elantra of my choice I was ready to walk, but Tony assured me to "consider them gone" and promised me that within 30 minutes we would either come to a deal or not. I was still skeptical, but alas I found myself sitting at his desk, going through the options. Unlike the guys at Auffenberg who gave me a run around and couldn't even give me the full price of the car until the last minute when they tried to sneak in options such as TruCoat and nitrogen in the ties - Tony gave me an upfront price for the car, explained all my options, discounts, financing, etc. within the first 30 minutes - JUST LIKE HE PROMISED. He also didn't lowball me on my trade in and knew exactly how much he could give me for it within minutes. I found the price to be fair and experience comfortable, so I signed on the line and drove away with my new fully loaded Elantra. Tony made me feel welcomed and also made me feel as if he was looking out for my best interest. Regardless to say, I will be a Suntrup Hyundai and Tony Schumann for some time to come. More

Last night my husband and I purchased our fourth car from Tony Schuman at Suntrup Hyundai. Most importantly this dealership can get things done! You don't wait hours while groups of sales people go behind Tony Schuman at Suntrup Hyundai. Most importantly this dealership can get things done! You don't wait hours while groups of sales people go behind closed doors and scratch their heads trying to figure out how to make a deal work. This group does everything in front of you and the General Manager is just as approachable as the front line sales. Every one of them is honest. We were approved for an SUV at another dealer, but we wanted to look at the Hyundai because of the warranty. Never once did this team run down the other dealership of the other vehicle. In fact, they said it was a good looking vehicle and the price was right. But no other car company offers the warranty that Hyundai does and no other dealership takes care of it's customers like Suntrup does. Jake in finance also worked diligently to get us the best finance rate. Really, I feel silly having even looked elsewhere. Job well done....AGAIN Guys! More

Jason contacted me after I was approved for a loan through Road Loans with a 19% interest rate. He told me he could do better than that. I was very doubtful since I had already been denied at other de through Road Loans with a 19% interest rate. He told me he could do better than that. I was very doubtful since I had already been denied at other dealerships. I went and talked to him anyway thinking it wasn't going to happen. I was surprised when he came back and said we got you approved and at 8%!! WHAT??? Not only did he get me a way better interest rate but he also got me into a car I was trying to get at other dealerships but was being denied. He was one of the most polite and cooperative salesmen I have ever dealt with. I came in with a few "demands" and he made it happen. Jason never once put any pressure on me to do anything I didn't want to do. Oh and he was even off that day and stayed after close of business to get me taken care of and into my new car!! In my opinion he is hands down THE BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. I will definitely go back to him for my next car purchase!! He says he can make it happen and he did!! More
