He patiently showed us multiple Kia Souls with different options and designs and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. He worked with us on the prices and deals, and answered every question we threw at him perfectly. Josh was respectful of our time and made sure that we were never left twiddling our thumbs. There were some options that we didn't get with our purchase, but he helped us with figuring out the costs and methods of having those options added on to our car at a later date if we decided to get them.
