I had an issue with a scratch on the door of the car I bought. I notified Seth the next morning after purchase and made arrangements to get repaired. With weather for the original date we rescheduled fo bought. I notified Seth the next morning after purchase and made arrangements to get repaired. With weather for the original date we rescheduled for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival I met with the outside vendor to do the repair and he advised he would not be able to repair adequately. I also had a local body shop prepare an estimate that I shared with Seth. Upon learning the outside vendor could not repair the door Seth talked to the sales manager about the body shop estimate. I was told they would not help with the repair. And a hard stance of our guy makes the repair...only option. I indicated I was not interested in an inferior repair to a certified Nissan used car with under 10,000 miles. Long story short I asked for the dollars that were going to be spent on the outside vendor and they agreed on a mear $90??? I didnt feel that Suntrup should have paid the entire $650 body shop estimate but there was no effort to find a good faith negotiation. This was not the first vehicle I purchased from Suntrup but the way I feel now it will certianly be the last! More

I sincerely appreciated the fact that he did not keep trying to sell me something I would not want. I purchased my Kia Soul from your dealership and I wanted something similar. Adrian was so dedicated to making sure me, as the customer, was happy with the cars he selected to show me. Adrian made me feel secure with your dealership and I truly knew I could trust what he told me about your company and the cars you sell. I am confident that when I need another car, I will contact Adrain again and purchase from him. My daughter was also looking to trade in her car and we will call Adrain again for that purchase.
