The process was smooth and fairly quick after I did some test drives. I was offered a fair trade for a vehicle they were actually looking for in their pre-owned inventory and was happy to do business with them a second round since it was only meant to be a temporary vehicle anyway. I got the vehicle that I wanted with the features that I wanted. I was not upsold or pressured in any way shape or form. You state what you want and they make it happen they made sure to only accept the best lender with the best offer with a reasonable payment for the vehicle and add-ons selected.
