This past week I purchased my first vehicle from a dealership and boy am I glad that I went to Suntrup Nissan and met my salesman Oz Osman! I have so many positive things to say about Oz but I will try to make this as short as possible! I bought my first Nissan from Suntrup in 2018 and when I went back in 2021 my original salesman was not there try to make this as short as possible! I bought my first Nissan from Suntrup in 2018 and when I went back in 2021 my original salesman was not there so I got Oz Osman as my salesman and I am sure glad I did. I was able to trade in my used car and get a brand new 2021 rogue sport and my payment actually went down! He was professional, kind, personable and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been buying new cars for 40 years! So this week my sons car broke down and he was in a bind and needed to purchase a car asap. . He has always paid cash for cars but this time decided he would go ahead and get a nicer newer car for the first time so this was his first buying experience at a car dealer and his first loan of any kind so he had a lot of questions and did not understand the process at all. Of course, I contacted Oz over the weekend when my sons car broke down and he sent me pictures of cars that he thought would work for my son. Needless to say on Monday my son went to see Oz and he drove off a few hours later with a car! He was very patient and understanding with all of the questions my son and I had. Oz Was actually texting me back-and-forth while my son was there with him at the dealership and actually called me once to answer some of my questions because I could not be there with him.He was able to get my son into a car that he could afford and was able to get him financed on his first car loan! Oz Osman is an asset to the Suntrup automotive group! like I said, I have been buying cars for 40 years and have probably bought at least 20 and I have never had a better experience! When it is time to buy my next car I will definitely go to him again and I know my son will and anyone I know, family or friends looking for a vehicle I will definitely send them to him. I cannot say enough kind words about him or thank him enough for all he has done for us! More
