Our salesman Tony was amazing to work with however, when we got to finances Guy was very aggressive and honestly rude. During the process of signing the paperwork he became condescending when we were going we got to finances Guy was very aggressive and honestly rude. During the process of signing the paperwork he became condescending when we were going over if we wanted extended warranty or not. Then when we noticed the total price of the car was higher than we were originally told we asked about it and he said "im not the sales guy you'll have to ask them". So we asked to speak to Tony again and Guy said "why? what's your problem". We explained the numbers weren't what we were told originally and he "called" someone then leaned back in his chair and said "look this is the total cost, I asked I don't know what you're confused about". Honestly I would have walked away from the car because Guy was so rude but my husband wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I will not buy another car from here because of him. Tony was great but we probably won't work with this dealer again. I'll stick with Bommarito like I have with all my cars and I'll recommend everyone else skips them too. More

Appreciated the great service from Zach and Suntrup when we purchased our 2022 Atlas. There was an issue discovered when we left the day of purchase worn the Auto Start, which was rectified to our satisfac we purchased our 2022 Atlas. There was an issue discovered when we left the day of purchase worn the Auto Start, which was rectified to our satisfaction with a dealer arranged service visit. The only other item was that the car was not extensively detailed upon departure, but is acceptably clean. Overall, we are happy with our dealer experience, and look forward to many happy miles with our vehicle. Our requests were met in an honest and forthright manner, and the wait for finance was longer than expected due to a perfect storm scenario of end of the month, tax refund season, and the threat of new Tariffs that motivated everyone to buy. More
