Me household has purchased 5 cars from this dealer, 4 VW, 1 Nissan. We won’t be doing business with them anymore after taking my leased 2020 Tiguan in for recalls and they tried to charge me $180 diagnostic 1 Nissan. We won’t be doing business with them anymore after taking my leased 2020 Tiguan in for recalls and they tried to charge me $180 diagnostic fee. They then wouldn’t release my car back to me, until I at least paid half. I felt like someone stole from me. More

This is my 4th car from Suntrup VW. The new update to the lot/building is great. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Salesman Kainoa Payton did everything i asked and did a great job. When I found what I wanted/liked it was time to go through finance. That's when nightmare started.They wanted me to go with Vw finance but i decided to not go with Vw finance and instead to go with my person bank. Make the story short, they charged me $500 because I went with my personal bank. If I had time I would of went to a different car dealership, but from now and on will do different. More
