I had a wonderful experience with Brian from the first phone call till when he handed me the keys. Brian listened to me. He made it easy to purchase my new vehicle. While on the test drive, Brian made sure to take me on a route where I would be able to get a great feel of the vehicle. We discussed the features of the car and all the offers that came with it. Brian was able to answer most of the questions that I had, and if he didn't have the answer he made sure to get an answer. When we were all done with everything, I asked for the red bow and Brian made my day by putting it on the new vehicle. I've purchased several cars but I've never had the "red bow" experience.. That meant a lot to me. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I only rated a three star because we do not like some of the service employees. Ian is great though! Also we purchased a 2021 Atlas and traded in a 2019, but we were not told there were no floor mats availa the service employees. Ian is great though!
