Kainoa Payton was extremely patient with us and listened to our needs and wants. He is the reason we bought the 2022 VW Atlas from Suntrup. He took time out of his busy schedule to show us cars on another to our needs and wants. He is the reason we bought the 2022 VW Atlas from Suntrup. Me household has purchased 5 cars from this dealer, 4 VW, 1 Nissan. We won’t be doing business with them anymore after taking my leased 2020 Tiguan in for recalls and they tried to charge me $180 diagnostic 1 Nissan. We won’t be doing business with them anymore after taking my leased 2020 Tiguan in for recalls and they tried to charge me $180 diagnostic fee. They then wouldn’t release my car back to me, until I at least paid half. I felt like someone stole from me. More

This is my 4th car from Suntrup VW. The new update to the lot/building is great. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Salesman Kainoa Payton did everything i asked and did a great job. When I found what I wanted/liked it was time to go through finance. That's when nightmare started.They wanted me to go with Vw finance but i decided to not go with Vw finance and instead to go with my person bank. Make the story short, they charged me $500 because I went with my personal bank. If I had time I would of went to a different car dealership, but from now and on will do different. More
