He did not pressure me into anything I didn't want, worked with me on pricing, and helped get me a very generous offer on my trade-in. We were able to come to an agreement within an hour of meeting. My Jetta was even delivered a full week ahead of schedule. Billy in Finance was also great to work with. He was honest with me about not needing the GAP protection due to my high trade-in value and did not pressure me into any add-ons after I stated I was not interested.
