I really did have 2 other vehicles I had scheduled to view the day I purchased my Tahoe. But AJ was like a pit bull(respectful though) and did everything he knew to do to keep me at their Suntrup store. view the day I purchased my Tahoe. The process went very quickly. Stacy was very pleasant and helpful in finance. Our sales rep was polite. AJ and Stacy (finance manager) was great to work with and provided great service. No idea who the sales manager is, but there some unnecessary drama caused over our scheduled appointment and deposit. I went to a few dealership that were not even willing to try to help me get into a car. That was until I went into Suntrup VW and sat down with AJ.
