The experience of finding a vehicle itself was great, my salesman was knowledgable and really worked to find me a vehicle I love. They were accommodating with my situation. However, ever since driving off t salesman was knowledgable and really worked to find me a vehicle I love. They were accommodating with my situation. However, ever since driving off the lot I have had nothing but issues regarding my paperwork and loan payments. First, my paperwork had to be changed not once, but TWICE and needed an affidavit because the wrong name was on all of my paperwork. The first time, I understand. Mistakes happen and I had no issue going back to the dealership. Second time? The legal paperwork for my title was completely incorrect. It was a huge inconvenience for me and very frustrating. I went to the dealership and my salesman just shrugged me off to go to finance. Since this was a used car, I asked about paperwork for my loan and how I would receive it/to make payments at the time of sale. I was told if the paperwork did not arrive on time, the dealership would make the payment to me and I would owe them. Come to find out when I called the bank for my loan, the dealership is supposed to provide those, and my payment was 14 DAYS LATE. I almost accrued late fees and would have never known unless I called, and I'm sure the dealership would have done nothing to assist. The loan officer on the other end of the bank said and I quote "that's a new one, how would they even do that?". I regret that I already wrote a glowing review about my experience, because I would take almost all of it back except for how wonderful my salesperson was. I will not be returning here for a vehicle or any service in the future, and I know of others who have had the same experience that say the same. More

My experience with Suntrup Volkswagon was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dealership.
