My experience with Suntrup Volkswagon was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dealership. I really want to be able to leave a good review but definitely had some mishaps all along the way. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and come to agreement on pricing. However - I was financin definitely had some mishaps all along the way. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and come to agreement on pricing. However - I was financing with an outside company and Suntrup did not work well with them. Likely because they don’t make as much money however they knew from the get go my plans to finance. My taxes were calculated incorrect so I did have to pay out of pocket when signing paperwork, again it wasn’t a huge amount just the matter of fact. I then went to register my vehicle and my taxes weren’t done properly so a delay in that as well. I was owed $500 from a miscommunication and it took several weeks and phone calls to contact the person to have that refunded to me. Lastly, we noticed a headrest was missing so we contacted them and they ordered one. I was told I could pick it up at my convenience. I’m two hours away, when we arrived at the dealership it was in fact not at that location so they were going to have to ship it. It arrived yesterday - and it is clearly used. So I purchased a vehicle worth 40k and get sent a used replacement. More
