Brian was able to answer most of the questions that I had, and if he didn't have the answer he made sure to get an answer. When we were all done with everything, I asked for the red bow and Brian made my day by putting it on the new vehicle. I've purchased several cars but I've never had the "red bow" experience.. I only rated a three star because we do not like some of the service employees. Ian is great though! Also we purchased a 2021 Atlas and traded in a 2019, but we were not told there were no floor mats availa the service employees. Ian is great though!
