I brought my car into the service department due to a fuel leak. The service department quoted me $600.00 to fix the leak. I declined the repair and asked a friend to look. He fixed the issue with a .24 fuel leak. The service department quoted me $600.00 to fix the leak. I declined the repair and asked a friend to look. He fixed the issue with a .24 cents clamp. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Suntrup VW. Ryan was great all around, they gave us a great price for our trade in. But overall we are disappointed in this experience. If we were going to trade in we wanted the same trim line as we had and we had mentioned that many times during this purchase. We were under the assumption that the car we got was identical, even more upgrades then the previous one. Well that is not the case. We had the "Premium R Line", and they sold us a "R Line", it is on us too that we didn't ask more questions or look into it further. The new car is still an upgrade from the previous one, but with the Aerial View Display System gone it doesn't feel like it. We were told that is something that can't be added to the car unless we went aftermarket. The other things that we didn't get that came with the premium line we can get around and live without. More

Me household has purchased 5 cars from this dealer, 4 VW, 1 Nissan. We won’t be doing business with them anymore after taking my leased 2020 Tiguan in for recalls and they tried to charge me $180 diagnostic 1 Nissan. They then wouldn’t release my car back to me, until I at least paid half. I felt like someone stole from me. More
