Recently we went to purchase a used minivan from Superior Honda of Omaha. This would have been our second time looking at the vehicle. The first time we were there the salesman was less than interested in Honda of Omaha. This would have been our second time looking at the vehicle. The first time we were there the salesman was less than interested in showing the vehicle to us and didn't know anything about the vehicle. During the test drive he was scrolling his phone the whole time. Needless to say, that day we left without purchasing. A week later we received text messages from both the salesman, and the general used care manager about coming back to look at the van. We decided to go back, again with the intent to buy the vehicle. We utilized the same salesman. When it came time for the sell, we pointed out that the front bumper had a significant dent in it and the back seat had a very large black stain. We started with a price, expecting to see some negotiations due to these defects, we were not asking them to significantly discount the vehicle, just that we would have to fix the bumper as it would eventually chip the paint. The salesman not only didn't communicate with his manager our two concerns, but we overheard him mocking us. When we brought up the defects it was like they wanted to overlook them. They were unwilling to even budge on price at all. Again, if they clearly stated that they were non-negotiable prices anywhere we would have probably paid full price, but we read reviews where they negotiated prices and we would have to fix the bumper defect. We left that day again without a vehicle due to the disrespect from the salesman and the general feeling of they really didn't want to sell us the van. More
