When the time comes to purchase another Lexus vehicle will absolutely seek out Lorenzo. The routine visits we have made to the service department both went smoothly and we have been pleased with the service representatives who helped us. I was able to have a loaner vehicle which worked out well and was easy to obtain and return within several hours. We were pleased that my car was ready when we expected it to be. We will continue to have my Lexus serviced there at Superstition Springs because we trust the department and couldn’t ask for a better experience. More

Second time I have purchased a car from this dealer. Very quick and smooth process and a fair deal. Minor snag when they detailed it for delivery someone peeled a sticker off the inside of the windshiel Very quick and smooth process and a fair deal. Minor snag when they detailed it for delivery someone peeled a sticker off the inside of the windshield not knowing it was tinted. A golfball size hole was ripped from the tint. The dealer will be remedying the issue so all is well. More
