They all shared that they came to work there and stayed because of the culture and how they were treated. This in turn makes all of them a pleasure to work. Everyone from Brent to Marc to Scotti treated me like a VIP. I felt so special. That does not happen often. After purchasing 9 Lexus cars, they managed to raise the bar in Lexus service, not a small feat. Thank you for showing me a whole new way to buy a car and get tucked into it. My issue is with the Lexus Corporation.
