Called yesterday (11/30) explained to the service department exactly what the problem was and what needed to happen to repair the problem. Employee looked up the VIN number so he knew what the parts department exactly what the problem was and what needed to happen to repair the problem. Employee looked up the VIN number so he knew what the parts would be to repair vehicle. I extended my stay in the area a extra day in order to get my auto repaired. When I arrived at the dealership the service man told me that they would need to order the parts. GREAT I am now out the cost of another days hotel, food, and time. Had the employee checked to see that the parts were in the building and realized that they needed to be ordered he could of saved me the time, and money. Proper planning prevents poor performance. We were greeted immediately by Teddy, who was very professional and knowledgeable. The car we were interested in was exactly as shown on their website. The price was fair, but I was shown (and test drove) a ‘23, and purchased what I thought was a ‘23 (I was told I could get it for the price of the ‘22), but when I got home I discovered they actually sold ‘23, and purchased what I thought was a ‘23 (I was told I could get it for the price of the ‘22), but when I got home I discovered they actually sold me a ‘22. (More than once the salesperson and manager said I was getting a ‘23 for the same prices as the ’22.) Be careful. More
