FINALLY A REAL AUTO PROFESSIONAL IN VERO BEACH!! I was simply looking for a new car. Being a Vero Beach native for 59 years I had always heard that "You have to go out of town to buy a car in Vero B I was simply looking for a new car. Being a Vero Beach native for 59 years I had always heard that "You have to go out of town to buy a car in Vero Beach". That is no longer the case now that the Sutherlin Auto group is now our NISSAN dealer in Vero Beach. I have been a proud owner of a 2005 Nissan Murano"S" and it is a wonderful vehicle. Time for a new car. The Staff at this Sutherlin Dealership are friendly, caring and TRUTHFUL. I purchased a new Rogue in about 3 hours and they exceeded my expectations in fairness, value, honesty and most of all quickly finishing the whole state required sales process. WOW, I cannot believe that buying a new vehicle in Vero Beach could be so easy and valued right. The owner and managers were there in person, on the floor, on the lot, talking and assisting the customers and sales people during my visit. I feel that they will stand behind their actions and finally create a trusting relationship with their new customers daily. Mr. Laz Lopez is a Naples Florida prodigy and is all over the property making sure all things are successful. The Service manager is Mike Good and he has already spoken to me about the new vehicle first service date. Simply an awesome experience for this new car purchaser in my own town my salesman is Bryan Cade and he is truthful, humble, and simply a good guy who knows the Nissan Auto line very well. After first searching online I was created by the Internet Sales Manager, Aaron D'Amico who was waiting for me with my new Nissan Maxima pulled upfront. My salesman, Nick Lagges quickly took me through all the features of my new Maxima and when it was time to make a decision.......NO PRESSURE. The price was exactly as promised online and after my test drive. Easy financing saved me ton's of money over my own banks pre-approval which really surprised me. most hassle free car buying experience we went in not thinking we could be qualified or afford anything let alone a brand new 2015 Titan.. Brandon, Loren and Simon were absolutely amazing.. we went in not thinking we could be qualified or afford anything let alone a brand new 2015 Titan.. Brandon, Loren and Simon were absolutely amazing.. they did everything in their power and more to get in done in a timely fashion.. then the next day after purchasing the vehicle, the dealership informed us that they went a step further and got our interest rate cut in half, and filled the truck up with gas! brandon isn't your typical "saleman" he's a human being and was able to work with us not just to make a check from us but to honestly help us out.. Recently recieved a bill for over $700 covering the end of lease lability this topic was never mentiond in my dealing with the salesman or the finance person.I am not happy about tthe way this matter was handled and will never do business with this dearship again More

Worst dealer and service experience ever! It's been almost a month now and I am still sick to my stomach that I dealt with such misleading, deceptive, downright thieving people ever. I bought It's been almost a month now and I am still sick to my stomach that I dealt with such misleading, deceptive, downright thieving people ever. I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV that had the transmission completely fail at only 26000 miles. I drove it it and sounded the the transmission was dragging on the ground and they said it's the worst they have ever seen. I was immediately caught by a salesman who said my service appt online "accidentally" ended up in his inbox and he is the internet salesman. I wasn't told a thing about my car or how long it would be to fix under warranty instead I was hounded and hounded to buy a 2015 Nissan Sentra S a lower model car. I test drove one and 5 hours into the whole deal I told them that they had to get me a rental because I had work to get to Ofcoarse I Cracked at the last second and with two years of oil changes I took the deal at a higher monthly price than the better car I originally owned. I initially said that I might be interested in buying if they would pay off my car they immediately said yes we will pay your car off. After all the paperwork was signed I noticed they did not pay my car off but in fact payed only enough to leave me 5000 dollars in negative equity. I was basically called a fool when I turned their GAP insurance down and told I was going to get into a wreck the minute I drove off their lot. The finance guy couldn't even get the lien released from Nissan so I ended up leaving without any registration for the car. A month later Im getting payments still taken out from my old car and I called Nissan finance and was told the old car was not payed off and I still owed on it no matter what the dealer told me. So now I'm paying to two cars!! I go in a few days after that because they finally have my registration and I have to get a second key that was owed to me it's s basic car key that looks like a house key and was told it would only take 10 minutes. 1.5 hours later I finally left fuming once again. I have never had such a horrible horrible experience in all my life and I'm writing only half of it. Do not buy here!! More
