The selection of vehicles that we liked was excellent, however, the salesperson refused to let us look at more than one vehicle at a time. That's kind of nuts. It struck me as manipulative. It would prove to be not the last manipulation technique. Worse than that, I called before I came to verify what the final fees would be since the advertised price is $5700 less than the actual price (due to these add-on fees). I was told the fees would total $3200. As soon as they put a price in front of me, however, they had added a $1499 fee. In short, the sales manager lied to me and the salesman told me there was nothing he could do about it. Despite all this, we bought a car there. Yeah, we probably paid too much. More

I was comfortable through the entire process. I had an opportunity to drive the car of my interest. There was no intense sales pressure. A good car, but will never go there again. Dealership tacked on lots of fees, didn't give the $200 internet promotional discount as promised, said they would charge $2,500 if not financed, an Dealership tacked on lots of fees, didn't give the $200 internet promotional discount as promised, said they would charge $2,500 if not financed, and high interest rate with financing in spite of good credit. Then trying to cancel the GAP and warranty insurance was a total fiasco. Finance representative there didn't cancel it properly even tho I drove the 2hours to do it in person which he told me I had to. Then waited the 7 to 8 weeks the Nissan Motor acceptance company said it would take. Since it was still not cancelled, I then jumped the hoops to cancel myself, then another long wait for it to process. It has been half a year and finally found closure. Would not recommend this dealership, and especially not trust the financing to do the right thing. More
