Being a former Veteran and Paratrooper I appreciated his attention to detail and explaining all the differences between the vehicles and follow through with what I was looking to purchase. My salesman Kenny who is new was very good, very patient as I checked out several cars, but the process and practices used by the floor mgr and the sales mgr were unsatisfactory. Additionally, my car was no as I checked out several cars, but the process and practices used by the floor mgr and the sales mgr were unsatisfactory. Additionally, my car was not well prepped for delivery the following day. There were no floor mats, no owner's manual, 2 paint spots on the car and it needed new rear rotors, which required 2 service visits the 1st 4.days I owned it. Sloppy work and multiple surprise add'l charges after I was quoted a price force certified car, which felt deceptive. The car was hyped to.me as "certified" and then I was quoted a price which I found out later didn')t include it being "certified". Ka-ching $999 for that. Then an add'l $999 to prep the car (what exactly that is, I don't know), all this after being quoted a price. By the time all was said and done I felt I'd been tricked and ripped off. At Sutherland Nissan the one thing you can be sure of is: the price you're quoted is NOT the price!! Not by.a long shot 😖 . More
