I had no problems with the Sales Dept. When we looked at the truck there was several smears on the windshield which I thought it was from hitting bugs. When I got home with the truck I discovered it was all scratches from the windshield wipers. I sent the salesman a message requesting them to replace the windshield that I had to go back to the dealer to get a second key fob for the truck and maybe they could have a glass company on site when I got there and replace the windshield. He texted back wanting me to talk to the used car sales manager when I arrived. well I didn't because at this point I knew they were not boing to stand with the truck they sold be. Harry called me from the dealer telling me that they were not going to cover the cost for the windshield and for me to get them an estimate and they could possibly do better. I told Harry that I have given them enough money and I was not going to do that and then HARRY HUNG UP ON ME! What a crappy xxx company Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando is. I was not told about the shuttle service I went to get rental it was not available at hertz and had to uber from there to get home - this was very disappointing.
