Mr. Guy Mccumber was amazing. Made me feel like he cared about my situation and wanted to genuinely help me. The gentleman before him was nice as well helping me to understand the appointment process but wa about my situation and wanted to genuinely help me. Going back to Guy, he and a lead mechanic came out to explain to me that all the checks came back fine three times and would not recommend a very expensive part replacement since the checks came out fine.
