Horrible Treatment after the Purchase-they don't care! We purchased a used Nissan from the Orlando location, at the time of the deal we felt this dealership was going to treat us like family. This QUICKLY We purchased a used Nissan from the Orlando location, at the time of the deal we felt this dealership was going to treat us like family. This QUICKLY changed when in less than 24hrs after purchasing the vehicle we brought it to the attention of the dealership that the car was not accelerating. Gas pedal to the floor... nothing. We were informed by the salesman (Pablo) that if we brought the car in they would take care of it! Hurricane Dorian was headed our way and due to weather and Holiday closings, we were finally able to get an appointment. Brought the car in on the day and time of the appointment only to have it sit ALL day and not even be looked at. Day two we get a call at approx 3pm that the repair would be at a cost to us. This was not was relayed to us by Pablo on the second day of owning the vehicle, after MUCH debate the dealership offered to pay half of the repair. At this time we requested to see the hard copy of the vehicle inspection report from when the dealership brought the car on the lot. Upon reviewing the report, we also mentioned that the battery failed the test but was not replaced. We were told (by Raul in sales) this was to keep the cost of the vehicle down to make the most profit when they sold the vehicle. When we refused to pay for the repair and put it back on them to escalate to management, we were informed the next day that the dealership would not be paying for anything (not even half anymore). Raul agreed that the car was unsafe and needed the repair but then stated that had it not been for the repeat customer that brought us into the dealership, we would have never even been approved for a vehicle. Raul and Sutherlin Nissan are the definition of slimy car sales. It is sad that this dealership is willing to lose the repeat business (a family that purchased 6 vehicles in 6 months) over a few hundred dollars worth of repairs that should have been taken care of before the car was put up for sale. Our My husband and I drove 2 hours from Sebring, Fl. In hopes of leaving in a new car. I hopes were fulfilled. We left with a 2019 Nissian Altima SV. Our salesman (Kenny Wright) went above and beyond to make this deal happen. The rest of the sale staff were so friendly. We even snacked on popcorn while watching a video on how our car worked. I would recommend this dealership and Kenny Wright to anyone that is looking for a car. Thank you Sutherlin of Orlando. Great job. The Edlow’s. More

Bad experience Made an appointment and drive an hour to the dealer just to wait another hour because the salesperson couldn’t find the keys to such vehicle. Once the Made an appointment and drive an hour to the dealer just to wait another hour because the salesperson couldn’t find the keys to such vehicle. Once they found the vehicle, it looked like someone had a party inside of it, it was disgusting. Then to top it all off, sales manager told me that the price I saw on CARFAX was wrong and he bumped it by 5k. Needless to say, today was an absolute waste of time. These people are a joke. More
Bad sales representation of Nissan Got approved for loan options but lied in the dealership and via text about rates and overall cost. Typical dealership styles that attempt to confuse Got approved for loan options but lied in the dealership and via text about rates and overall cost. Typical dealership styles that attempt to confuse the buyer until you sign and to find out the real numbers. Left immediately once realizing the tactic and got a new car with Chevy. This is the characteristics that will drive buyers to shop online or use services like Carvana to avoid slimy dealers. More

I know this is a long review and it will make me look like a gullible idiot but I need people to understand what type of dealership Sutherlin Nissan is. The only reason I'm able to explain everything is because of weeks of reflection, and even now I'm not sure I understand all of the details. Oh and I guess it's important to know that the last car I bought was from Sutherlin so they did the following to a returning customer. In February of 2019 they ran a shady promotion designed to get people in the door. The basic premise was a flyer designed to make it look like you had won a car that actually resulted in $2 in lottery tickets. I was pretty sure I hadn't won anything but on the flyer they mentioned buying your car for more than it's worth. Being underwater on my car, but wanting to get into a new car with a warranty, I went in. I was there all day with my wife and baby (this was my mistake and one of the reasons I fell for their con, I wanted to get my baby home and I was exhausted). I told them I wanted to pay around 20k for a car and get my payments between 300-350. My car was worth 7k in trade in value and I owed 8k. Figured it wouldn't be that hard to get them to give me 8k. They talked me into a car way out of my price range. This is how it worked. Car cost 30,000, they would reduce the price by 4k or so but add on things like lifetime warranty, gap insurance and one other thing to make it more likely that the bank will accept the offer. After 3 months, they would take off the warranty etc, then I would refinance on the depreciated value of the car. Any difference would be eaten by the dealership. I tried to ask the right questions, I really did. At the end as we were signing the documents I had them explain it all to me again, asked what the purchase price was, they said 31k. I was tired and the baby was cranky and I signed. I couldn't sleep that night. I couldn't shake the feeling I'd make a horrible mistake. My bs bells were chiming too loud and too late. The next morning I looked at the contract with fresh eyes and saw something I missed. The purchase price was 31k but the financed amount was 40k. They had added all of those options on top of the purchase price. There was no coming down from that and the payments would ruin me. Something like $750 a month. I went back in and talked to the sales manager and he said they couldn't take it back. I even talked to the gm, he said the best they could do was reduce it to 36k. It wasn't until I had a mental breakdown in the office, complete with threats and crying (one of my least proud moments) that they agreed to take the car back. I was going to Jerry Mcguire my way out of that dealership and try to take lots of customers with me. As a result, They lost a lifetime Nissan customer. My dream lottery car is no longer the gtr. I will never own another Nissan and will steer everyone that will listen away from Sutherlin. Hope the promotion was worth it. Oh, also a week later I started receiving notices from a bunch of banks denying my application. I hadn't even been approved when I left the dealership and never realized that. I now own a Chevy Equinox. More
Worse ever Lies, lies, lies! Told me I was approved with zero down with a certain range specified for the note. Wasted my time! Just be up front and honest. Buye Lies, lies, lies! Told me I was approved with zero down with a certain range specified for the note. Wasted my time! Just be up front and honest. Buyers know what’s reasonable and feasible. Integrity, honesty and transparency speak volumes. The bank required $1000 down and the payment exceeded $60 over my budget. No blame to them regarding my credit history. But shame on you for lying and wasting my time. Frank Brito I’m truly disappointed and disgusted! More
