Worst , most unorganized dealer I have ever been too . I had an appointment to look at a car . I got there , they ran my credit , they test drove my trade in . I had the worst experience at Sutton Ford. I leased a 2025 Maverick and under 300 miles the window pillar is falling off. I contacted the dealership and I was told ‘that’s due to poor craftsma I leased a 2025 Maverick and under 300 miles the window pillar is falling off. I contacted the dealership and I was told ‘that’s due to poor craftsmanship’ and is not their fault. The salesman didn’t know much about the vehicles they sell. I went in to finalize me lease and I literally had to wait for the lease guy to come in on his day off. DON’T BUY A VEHICLE FROM SUTTON FORD! More
