I’m glad that with the problem I experienced with my F150 and thinking I wouldn’t be able to pay for repair the flex plan was AWSOME. Eric was a great help. The first time I was there Dave help and I had a and thinking I wouldn’t be able to pay for repair the flex plan was AWSOME. Eric was a great help. The first time I was there Dave help and I had another problem the very day I pick the truck up and had it towed back and Eric helped but I didn’t like the idea of having to pay the deductible it should have showed it was more than one problem when showed if it was put on the machine I picked the truck up went straight to my appointment and come out and it wouldn’t start had to tow it back to shop to find out it’s something else wasn’t happy with what happened but Eric and Dave was able to help with both situations. Erick was fantastic and very attentive and knowledgeable.
