Review of service I had "The Works" done. Oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked, fluids checked and topped off if needed. The Ouick Lane was busy so I used the wi-f I had "The Works" done. Oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked, fluids checked and topped off if needed. The Ouick Lane was busy so I used the wi-fi and checked e-mails while I waited. The staff was busy but took time to answer questions and talk to other customers and me when asked for clarifications or general questions. It was a good experience overall. (I do not see the names of the people who helped me but I think he was Bryan and the other one was a woman with a soft, high pitched voice. I see her there every time I go but I do not remember her name right now, sorry. She is always pleasant and helpful. If she is unsure or do not know an answer she will refer you to someone who may be able to help you.) I have never dealt with a salesperson at this time, I am unable to say. I dealt with a Mr. Perry in parts who helped me. More

Oil Change I will not return to Sutton Ford/Lincoln for service. I will go to Currie Motors. Dislike being able to make appointments for oil changes and having I will not return to Sutton Ford/Lincoln for service. I will go to Currie Motors. After waiting 25 minutes and seeing my car was still in the lot and not washed I told the guy to skip it. Very disappointed for a Lincoln dealership.
