"Relieved" I didn't buy my car from Sutton but they sure made me feel right at home. They honestly cared about taking care of the problem! Awesome! I had an appointment originally scheduled for a Monday at 10am but I was told at 8am that they had to cancel it because a mechanic called in sick. I i I had an appointment originally scheduled for a Monday at 10am but I was told at 8am that they had to cancel it because a mechanic called in sick. I informed them that I took off work for this appointment so they offered me a loaner and told me to pick it up on Tuesday before 845p and they will work on my vehicle on Wednesday morning. I was also told that I didn't have to worry about returning it with the full tank of gas that it had in it. Melissa text me almost daily to give me an update on my vehicle. She was always very professional, helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced for a whole week and when she text me that it was ready she said they cleaned it up for me and I didn't have to pay the usual $100 deductible. I also had a thank you card waiting from Melissa and a small gift. This is the best service I have ever received in the 20 years I have owned vehicles. I love this dealership and will be back to purchase another Lincoln within the next couple of years and will have all of my services done here. More
