Not recommended Bought a used car from this place and told them we couldn't be there all day. We drove 4 hours and signed papers only to find out they slipped in a 35 Bought a used car from this place and told them we couldn't be there all day. We drove 4 hours and signed papers only to find out they slipped in a 3500 dollar extended warranty we didnt ask for. We have called and called only to get no response. Finally after about 6 calls we get the warranty removed. Now we are dealing with the bank not recognizing the new contract. We can't get a call back from anybody here along with the general manager. The general manager was sent an email with no response. Im guessing this is a common practice at this dealership!! Would definitely not recommend this place to anybody. More
No Customer Service, Service Consultants Lace Integrity Had issues with car and dealer did not return calls or emails. After having car less than 2 months, engine light and other lights came on. First tol Had issues with car and dealer did not return calls or emails. After having car less than 2 months, engine light and other lights came on. First told nothing wrong. The car would not accelerate. Took car back they replaced the accelerator. Picked it up and next day lights back on, returned the car. Car kept a total of 15 days. Service at the Chicago location were blundering error after error of dropping the ball. More
