Was totally disappointed in the previous dealership that I leased through and went on line to find a new dealership. I came across Szots and started a live chat with salesperson Danny Partin on line. I went into the dealership the next day and Danny was very friendly and was able to find and get me into the perfect car at the right price. I was very impressed with all Szot's had to offer and how concerned that Danny was to make sure I was happy and got a great deal. I can't believe the beautiful car I am driving at such a great price. Not only am I happy about that but Szot's gave warranties that other dealerships did not offer me. So happy I found Danny and Szot's , they made me excited to buy a car again. The Chrysler 200 Ltd is a great product, with more standard option upgrades as compared to the similarly priced Ford Fusion SE. It also has a 3.6L, V6 engine with lots of horsepower. I was really for standard option upgrades as compared to the similarly priced Ford Fusion SE. It also has a 3.6L, V6 engine with lots of horsepower. I was really fortunate to find Szott's Chrysler Jeep in White Lake, MI. They offered competitive pricing, and made my experience an enjoyable one. Shook hands and verbally agreed a price for vehicle provided wife liked it. Next day tried to give me a lesser vehicle for a higher price!! BAIT AND SWITCH. Was to.d that a verbal agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on. And apparently someone's word doesn't count for anything these days either! Agreed a new deal for different vehicle, and while completing paperwork I noticed THREE errors that I asked to be reviewed, and was assured they were all correct (and in my favor). I signed contract and left a happy man. They claimed to only have one of my cars keys and that I could pick up the other after the weekend, when I arrived they informed me that the REVIEWED contract was actually NOT correct, when I started questioning it things got extremely heated and aggressive, to the point that other staff came and stared at myself and my wife. When I questioned the original contract he called an employee who then moved two other vehicles to block in mine with my parents and newborn child in in and was told the deal was off and they were taking the car back. I eventually agreed a THIRD deal and got out of there. As soon as possible. Salesmen couldn't answer a thing, they are simply pencil pushers. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Lying, aggressive, disgusting people! More

Our sales person was very knowable and explained clearly what ever question we had about the Jeep and the dealership. I /we have and will continue to recommend Tony Sphabmixay and Szott m-59 Chrysler Jeep to every one we know. Tony and the dealership worked very hard to find just what we wanted, they did not try to push any thing we did not want, were very respectful, polite, well informed and professional. Danny Partin was totally professional from initial phone calls, emails to final dealership visit. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns. I drove an hour to see Danny and drove out in my dream car three hours later!! The price was excellent,and I ended up getting a car I never expected to have.
