Had oil change. Report showed low battery recommending $300 plus replacement. Also exhorbitant charge to replace cabin air filter and engine filter. I got another entity to test my battery, and it was fine, not needing replacement. I replaced the filters myself saving a great Amount of money. This is unacceptable. Please find a way to help your customers without gouging them with such high rices and recommendations for unnecessary services I bought this car based on potential high quality service…very disappointed. Very clean waiting area, appreciate the snacks. .that's always good. My service guy was professional and explained my car needs well. But one thing I dont understand, why a service fee for lot.
