I recently purchased a 2025 Tucson Limited from Tameron Hyundai in Hoover. My Tameron Dream Team consisted of Logan Andrews (sales person), Billy Sun (sales manager), and Chayse Fuller (finance). I could N Hyundai in Hoover. My Tameron Dream Team consisted of Logan Andrews (sales person), Billy Sun (sales manager), and Chayse Fuller (finance). I could NOT have asked for a better team to get me thru the purchasing process - nothing worse than having pushy sales people at a dealership browbeating you to death... not the case with this Dream Team! Logan was patient as I decided what I wanted to test drive and in dealing with me after when I had many questions.Through no fault of Logan's, at one point, we left because of one sales manager who decided it was his business to come and plop down in front of us and proceed to be his obnoxious, arrogant self like a typical car salesman. The next day Logan followed up thanking me for the opportunity to work with me and stated he hoped to earn my business one day... very professional and polite. The next day Billy Sun called. He's another Sales Manager who is exactly the type of sales manager at a car dealership you want talking to you! Very professional and not an in-your-face person. I purchased a 2025 Tucson Limited after going back and meeting with Logan and Billy. The last member of my Dream Team, Chayse Fuller, handled all the paperwork and could not have been nicer! He explained everything thoroughly and did not try to sell me extras I did not need or want. They all tried to make the transaction smooth without me spending all day in the dealership. There was a glitch with Hyundai's online system so a needed update that had to be installed after the SUV was sold had to be postponed until the next day. Logan & Billy made sure I had a vehicle to drive home, even after I went back to pick up the one I originally purchased and changed my mind on the interior color... never blinked an eye, just went and got the one with the interior color I really wanted, then sent it to have it detailed, and to do the update - which couldn't happen until the next day because I got there later than I planned, shortly before closing. So again they gave me a loaner to drive home. I did pick up the new SUV the next day and it's lovely and I am enjoying it! I've been driving Hyundai vehicles 20 years and this is my 3rd Tucson. If you're thinking about buying a new Hyundai vehicle, consider Tameron and the Dream Team of Logan Andrews, Billy Sun, and Chayse Fuller! Without even batting and I he checked me out even though I asked him why they couldn't replace those since the car was only four months old. He said they were just real strict on that and he wasn't allowed to didn't even bother to go and check with somebody to see if that was a possibility. More
